Thomas Schaper is the Head of Construction Consulting at the MB-technology GmbH, Automotive Technical Engineering.
As a 100% Daimler subsidiary – Mercedes-Benz technology GmbH – has a long-standing experience with increasing efficiency in the automotive industry by means of state-of-the-art lean methods and value stream analysis. This know-how is effectively transfered to the construction industry.
30 people of his team are involved in nearly any kind of projects.
He is also responsible for innovation in construction using the knowledge ,methods and tools along the entire value chain.  He has 25 years of experience in design, construction and project management.
Since 1989  he is using CAD and ERP as an integral part of a modern and innovative planning process and technology.
MBtech Manufacturing Engineering has developed new methods for the collaboration in building design and realization of construction work.
