Hotel Cancellation Policy::
Cancellations will be accepted until 72 hours before your arrival date, after which you will be charged one room night.
Transfer / Directions:
By train: The hotel is located across the street from Munich Central Station. All suburban trains (S-Bahn), metros U1, U2, U4 and U5 (U-Bahn), national and international trains connect there. Please use ”Bayerstrasse“ – you will find the hotel opposite of the main station. From the airport: We recommend that you take a taxi to the Le Méridien. The taxi takes approximately 45 minutes from the airport and costs about € 60.00. Autodesk Automotive Days are designed to foster a casual atmosphere for the informal exchange of ideas. Business casual is appropriate, but some attendees choose to wear more formal business attire.
Meals
Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner are served on Day One. Coffee breaks and light refreshments will be served throughout the program on Day Two.
