Welcome

Known for several years in Europe as the annual event for Alias Designers, Autodesk Automotive Day has now expanded to include additional content important to the automotive industry.  Piloted in Munich, Germany in October 2008, there will be both Design and Engineering/Manufacturing tracks.  Topics will include Factory Layout, Tooling and Fixture Design, Technical Surfacing, High-End Visualization, Conceptual Design, Digital Prototyping for Interiors, Solutions for Injection Molding, and Advanced Simulation Analysis. This is truly a breathtaking opportunity to learn more about the technologies that are transforming the automotive industry.

As leaders in the automotive industry struggle to stay both competitive and innovative in today’s global market, it is more critical than ever to join together, listen and share ideas on common industry challenges and opportunities to innovate.  Autodesk Automotive Days offers timely topics and authoritative speakers in a setting designed for networking and sharing ideas with industry peers.

We welcome you to join us May 12-13 and encourage you to browse all the topics outlined on the site. The website is designed to address the needs of the two different types of people who will visit the site: the attendee and alliance partner who would like to exhibit and sponsor.  In addition, you may use the following links to view the list of speakers, a detailed agenda for both days, and a registration link for the conference. We look forward to meeting with you during this unique annual event.
